I have the regular version of Windows 8, meaning I have no Local Group Policy Editor. This has already been problematic as disabling the lock screen was much more difficult than it should be. Why this was excluded I'll never know...
Anyway, my issue is that my computer auto-restarts right in the middle of my day. I cannot find a way to disable this from happening without the gpedit.msc I have rescheduled maintenance for only 3AM, yet the computer insists on restarting every second or third day with some update, and there's not a damn thing I can do... So any help people???
