How do I switch everything over to a different email?

I currently have everything (windows 8 login, Xbox live, etc) linked to a myname@gmail.com account. I want to switch it all over to myname@outlook.com. How can i do this?

I was able to move skydrive and my Windows login, but I can't move my xbox account

And no, I no longer have an Xbox.

So I managed to use a friends XBOX, but my gamertag refused to transfer over to my new account.

Whatever. I didn't really have that much there, just some game saves.

I don't believe Xbox gamertags can be transferred over. I've had to go through this process a few times and researched the crap out of this. Everything else is easy, but Xbox Live is a pain in the crotch, ESPECIALLY when you have to reset a Windows Phone.... Ugh...
