Annoying Voice reminding me about the time hourly

Hi guys.
I feel really stupid, but I recently installed Windows 8.
For some reason there is a female voice reminding me every hour what the time is.
For example at 10:00
I hear a female voice saying "the time is.....10 am"
Iv'e been scouring my cntrol panel trying to find out where I can disable this.
Any help will be appreciated.

hi, its not a default windows 8 think for sure ,maybe you installed an app thats doing it , i would first go to start and check for live apps and turn them all off ,to turn off a life app right click on and the off/on icon will appear ,good luck
