Kinetic Scrolling

Hi everyone, I just have a quick question: Yesterday I installed Windows 8 Pro and all the corresponding drivers for Windows 8 for my laptop: HP Pavilion dv4-4265la and i noticed immidietly that scrolling now was well kinetic scrolling which i love but i was wondering if there was a way to make the scrolling so it keeps momentum like on an iPhone or any other device you know to scroll and let go but it will still move for a bit depending on the force of the dragging dunno if this is configurable or how its done but i hope it can be done.

Thank you

I don't think that's configurable, as that's the panning method in Windows 8 touch enabled devices. The same happens with my Microsoft Touch Mouse, and similar on laptops with touchpads. Do you have the ability to swipe open the Charms bar by swiping inward from the right side of the touchpad?
