Solved How do I burn my ISO to a DVD Rom?

Sorry to be such a chump, but I've never burnt an ISO to a DVD Rom. I have created a Windows ISO, and I have a DVD Rom ready in the optical drive. If I right-click on the ISO, I can "open with" Power2Go or with Windows Disk Image Burner. Should I choose one of those two programs and a Win 8 installation disk will be created?

in win 8 pro i just right click on the iso file and choose "burn disk image "
