After logging in, Windows will do next to nothing. Almost nothing will, including Microsoft conifg and pc settings (so I can't just reset to factory condition). Among the very few things that will open are libraries and control panel, libraries only responding long enough for me to select all my pictures folders in an attempt to copy them to my external (as soon as i highlight and right click the folders it quits responding) and control panel quits responding as soon as I try to select an option. Upon restarting it I will often get a pop up that says "Explorer.exe execution failed" and sometimes Microsoft will quit responding. This all happened after I restarted my computer after installing .Net Framework 4. I'm sorry for the somewhat sketchy explanation, but something like this has never happened to me before and I'm not sure how to really describe it. At this point I'm fine losing everything if there is a way around to do it, with pc settings not opening.
