Maybe not all "features" but certainly changed from 7SP1:

1) Shows "glowing" Windows logo on 1024x600 netbooks instead of the annoying Vista style green progress bar.
2) Imagex /apply install still working. Only a single image in the WIM -- Enterprise...
3) Does not ask for an owner name during initial setup. Goes from country, time/currency and keyboard to computer name wizard panels.
4) Initial username and password panels combined into one.
5) IE 9 installed by default.
6) Brightness control on battery icon popup.
7) Scheduled maintenance tasks now optional in action center.
8) "My Look" icon on taskbar to right of clock - switch to another user right from the icon...
9) New Homegroup sharing interface.
10) Centered Window Titles
11) Overall faster performance on Atom CPUs -- from about 25% to about 50% faster for tested tasks.
12) View chooser in status bar of Explorer windows
13) Explorer details pane moved to the right.
14) Showing favorites in Explorer navigation pane now optional.
15) Up one level button in Explorer windows next to back and forward and the address box.
16) Devices and Printers now in Accessories on the Start Menu too.
17) .NET Framework 4 preinstalled.
18) New Windows features dialog options:
Active Directory Lightweight Directory Services
Data Center Networking -- Link Layer Discovery Protocol Driver
Hyper-V Tools
Location Provider Driver
WMI SNMP Provider
19) Evidence of a Deskband Indicator Taskbar toolbar that refers to a touch keyboard.
20) An option hidden under Advanced Recovery Methods to Restore Windows to it's original condition without reinstalling -- AND you get to keep your data!

These are just my first 20 finds...

You read it here first

I'll write up a complete article on these things with screen shots if anyone is interested...

The speed increases on Atom are truly breathtaking. Maybe be some optimizations to handle ARM on tablets bled over?

I do have to say number 18 I believe will be mostly on enterprise version since the general user will not have a need for AD, Hyper-v, Active Directory, or data center networking. However I may be wrong if they are taking the apple approach and including some server rolls into the main OS.

My Computer

Just a couple of things I've found.

"Portable workspace options" option found under Control Panel>Hardware and Devices This doesn't seem to do anything yet, but I'll be intrigued as to what that is.

"Hybrid Boot"
Found under Power Options>Require a password when the computer wakes. Again, not entirely sure what this does, but from observation it seems to result in insanely quick shutdown and boot up times, although the dual boot menu is bypassed. (Im guessing it's like "Hybrid Sleep" but for the boot process.

LOL - portable workspaces is much discussed.

I think it will be for installing Enterprise edition to a vhd on a usb device.

One thing i have found:

tablet pc input panel is more simple like in WP7 and language selection screen on that keyboard clearly represents metro UI.

Also, does anyone have an idea, why is hybrit boot grayed out for me?

Here are some pics of the tablet pc keyboard. Keyboard and related stuff (like language selection) clearly represents clean metro UI (just basic rectangular shapes, no rounding, 3D or any other effects).

There are several different modes, most interesting one being one for portrait typing (4th pic). Switching between modes is gesture based (hold on keyboard symbol for menu to popup and then drag your finger to desired mode - 6th pic).

It also contains autocorrect, but I'm not sure if that already existed in Win7.

Currently, touch gestures like hold to right click or finger scrolling work very bad in Win8 or don't work at all. It might be bad driver, but same driver worked fine in Win7.

@vrosa any ideas on how could i enable hybrid boot even when i have dual boot?

EDIT: whoa, i thought forum would create thumbnails for that. Sorry for taking up so much space.
