Appcrash after runing cccleaner.

hi.
windows 8 pro x64.
i have used the lastest cccleaner trying to solve a problem i had, i did a backup of the registry.
now when i use a app that uses .NET framework, it does not start and i get the following info:

Steps I tried:
i tried to reinstall .NET frameworks, but the installer says its built in windows 8.
i tried to restore the reg backup from cccleaner, and restart, no help.
i tried netfxrepairtool.no help.
i have tried "add remove windows features" uncheck .NET, restart, and reinstall them again from Features.didnt work.

i am clueless.
is there anyway to fix without "refreshing" windows?

What exactly did you do is the first question. Can't really help with "I used cccleaner to do something and now .net apps don't work"

You should link to the source. Otherwise we have no proof that zip file came from a safe source.
