Solved EULA on the Windows 8 Pro installation disk.

Where do I find the EULA on the Windows 8 Pro installation disc and how do I read it? I am very specific on this. I want to read it from the installation disc on any opttical drive ( not during installation when be blindly tick "I agree" :D ).

Yep Brink, I have seen it. But my question is specific. I want to read it on the disc I own :) and on any optical drive.

Well, normally you don't see the EULA unless you start the installation process and get to step 5 like in the tutorial below.

I have no idea if and where the EULA file itself is at on the DVD.

The EULA link I posted above is the same as what you would see on the DVD.

If you like, you could go to the link below from the first post at the link I posted in #2 above, and select Windows 8 Pro to get a PDF file of the EULA that you can download.

OK, I read the EULa while clean installing Windows 8 Pro again on a clean HD. Confirmed that it is an upgrade media.

Just for FYI purposes. :)

That would only be if the computer is an OEM computer that came with Windows 8 preinstalled.

The new OEM Windows 8 computers have the product key embedded in the UEFI/BIOS now. Windows 8 will auto detect and activate with that key during installation.
