WIndows 8 Start up blank screen (no post)

hi guys, i recently run into a problem of windows 8 on my laptop its the latest stable release ... the on sold with your laptops

when i start up the system... nothing happens ... its just blank screen no words like...pres F2 for bios options etc
just blank idk what happened it just happen like that after i resumed the system from hibernate O_O
i tried removing battery and re starting still like that
the light indicators lights up in processing ... power leds both have lights
could it be my monitor? my hard drive ? or bios?

yep no bios screen all is black screen :( and yep its new

Unfortunately I'm quite sure laptops don't BIOS code beep like a tower PC, so one would not know if it's passing BIOS. Laptops do sometimes have a problem with wires at the hinge point.

Have you tried to enter the BIOS at boot with the assigned key?

yep... its the F2 button nothing happens
and the light of the processing indicator is just like a signal light of a car... blinking

BTW, where did you get a machine with preinstalled Windows 8 developers preview build 8102 on it? Sounds odd to me. Or is it your other machine?

yep...its reading something, may be it is the screen... yep but inserting it...nothing happens/displayed...

nope not developers i think its called the RTM build

I would assume it's the screen or feed cable. I understand that's the biggest problem with laptops is the screens. I'd advise to take it back to where you purchased at this point. Bummer, I know, but I don't have any other ideas. Good luck to you.
