Not sure why its not working...

I have been trying to view webchat sites, the ones where you can type in a box and communicate with the person on the live stream however for some reason the video never loads. I have tried all browsers, updated etc but just doesnt work. In fact I cant even type in the message box. I emailed all sites supports and they say its my end, can anyone help as this may also explain why skype has been flickering too...

Thats what I though but through device manager its said they were up to date after looking online, perhaps I should try manually???

Still no joy, updated all graphic and sound drivers but nothing....
