Solved Win7 to Win8 upgrade..??

Would all computers using Win7 be upgradeable to Win8?? I'm thinking about buying a Toshiba all in one touch screen with win7 installed.I read a review that stated the model could not be upgraded because drivers were not compatable. The model is LX835-d3250. This is a recent model release with few reviews and find it hard to believe that's the case. If true I will not buy the model since I want win8 with touch screen.
I can find no info on this in any spec. or manuf.web site. Any knowledge of this??

The LX835-D3250 may not be a UK model.

Well, there are over 1,200 different Windows 7 PCs that are upgradable to Windows 8, so I would doubt the driver issue. The thing about touch with Windows 7 and 8 is that there are 8 more touch inputs versus 7. Meaning, you can use all 10 of your digits to manipulate content versus just two.
