Installed but crashing

Hi All,

Just today clean installed Win8. However, it keeps crashing. All of the windows will freeze but I'm still able to move the mouse and control alt delete doesn't work. I've installed all of the system updates and its still not been resolved. Any ideas?

Did you install the Windows 8 driver for your video card?

I did. I still haven't installed the sound card driver, but all others should be done.

Ok, are you sure it was the Windows 8 version though? What video card is it?

Yes I did install the Win8 version. The card is AMD HD 6670 and Windows was crashing before I even installed the graphics driver.

Any ideas?
