Windows 8 hot key thing

Hello, I had this problem just a second ago I accidentally hit Windows key + F after I did that whenever I hit almost any key on my keyboard it opened share or windows 8 search. I fixed this problem by restarting, any idea how to fix it if it happens again?

Same way? Restart... I have no idea what win+F does, but how do you even come up with that combination...

    Have an Hp Envy Laptop
I was playing planetside 2 and I wanted to hit left alt + F but I hit that instead.

Yeah I figured something like that.

I meant why does Microsoft make so many keyboard short cuts that never get used...

FN is about as far as anyone ever goes... Who uses win+F?

You can probably disable that short cut, but I forget how to get to that... I haven't edited short cuts since vista.

It is silly, but the thing is when I hit those two again it didn't disable it.

I think win+F is "find" That's why search came up...


But yeah.

Did you try pressing the "Esc" key after you hit the wrong key combo?

Power users,and by that I mean actual power users, the ones who also use command line and automation tools. Sometimes, it's just faster to use the super key shortcuts.

Please forgive me for my English.
I just tested the Win+F combination an i jump into file search.
I can tipe the file name on the top right of the screen and i have the resoults on the top left of the screen (facing it).
So no problem n'till now.
Tu exit thi situation I have to hit twice "esc" key.
