Solved "Pin to Start" missing on Microsoft

Hey, I just got a new laptop and tried to put the Microsoft programs in. It all went well until trying to organize the Start. My Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) are all on the desktop and I've tried to pin them to Start, but I don't see the usual "pin to start" button when I right-click. I've also tried to create shortcuts and searched through the apps to pin, but none of them worked. Is there a way I can pin them?

they are ( hide) on the start page; you have right click on an empty space in the start page, and you will see an icon at bottom right "all apps" click on it and then right click on the office app and choose, "pin to start "
