Default Credit Card

I'm from the Philippines, and I was trying to add a default credit card in the Account Settings. Sadly the only available country is USA and Canada. Hence I cannot make any purchases in the Windows store. I was hoping to make a few magazine subscriptions (Nook). I would really appreciate any help regarding this matter. Apart from this, I'm really loving what this new OS has to offer. Thanks in advance.

Probably a limited card with no overseas? The only other alternative I can think of is online payment company. I don't think I can mention names, for I believe it's against forum rules.
