I have Win 8 on three Acers.
1/ AS9851G Quad-core.
2/ AS5735 Dual-core.
3/ SA10 Pentium 4.
Compatibility hasn't been an issue, except the 5735 won't run the RP, but will run the 64-bit RTM...go figure.
The P4 won't run the 64-bit W8, but runs the 32-bit with ease.
As for this, well, it'll run anything, and not raise a sweat.
