Where to send Logfiles - Due to Boot Fail and System Restore

This might not be the correct place but I'm asking anyway.

I have captured the windows logfiles - because the OS told me when and how. I would like to know where I can send them for someone to review and fix their issue.

After installing the Windows Phone 8 SDK - I can no longer Boot my Windows 8 computer.

I was able to restore to a previous restore point.

SO I am up and running again.. Now let me say I did this two times in a row so I know if I tried again I could do it a third time, so I think I'll pass lol.

For some reason when I look at the log files it keeps saying d:\windows.. But D: on my computer is my DVD drive...
