    "Am I able to upgrade to Windows 8?" ;)


    One thing I enjoy a lot is to see how enthusiastic members of SevenForums are waiting upcoming October 22nd, revolution of personal computing, coming of The Windows Seven. Me too, can not deny.

    When most of us are still concentrating to get 7, some of us go further. This post in SevenForums made me laugh; not because it is fun but because in its peculiar way it shows that nothing is enough: "Seven is coming but am I able to upgrade to Eight?", somebody is already asking.

    And, here am I. Seven not in stores but I´m here, waiting eagerly news and rumours about Eight.

    Most likey, because if microsoft does not let you upgrade they will lose money, so they need it..

    I am here because this forum has pretty much the same crew that is over at Windows Seven Forums.

    It will be funny to see when Windows 8 rolls around and this forum gets new members. They'll look at the post count in each forum/thread and wonder how they missed all of the conversation... until we let them know that this forum was out even before Windows 7 was released, lol.

    Otherwise, yes, I will await new Microsoft operating systems, especially after I had a chance to experience how amazing 7 is. But I'm not holding my breath or anything, lol.

    Yes, guys, I am taking it easy. I was trying to tell about this guy who in SevenForums was already worried about it. Forgot quotation marks around the question. Edited my post, now it´s quoted:

    lol, it's an honest question.

    It all depends on if they make Win8 x64 only or not. If they do, and you are running x86, then no. Otherwise, there shouldn't be a problem.
