Yeah, I'm getting in on the bandwagon early. By the time Windows 8 Alpha/EXTREME Beta leaks, I'll have a pretty high post count already.

It better not, as I have none of those . And as for going the other way, the POINT???? If they do that, they'll be going into Chrome OS territory, And you know Google....... They're all about "Don't Be Evil", as long as you don't get in there way. Then they will CRUSH you. For example:

• Google Public DNS
• Gears
• Android
• GMail
• Google Earth

And ChromeOS will probably dominate the Netbook market when it's released. So it's better if M$ stay with the market they already dominate.

The market they already dominate, OSX, Google Chrome, they can all try and some will succeed in getting their 1 or 2 % and that's it. They will probably never get their foot in the door for any more than that.
