Anyone have any advice to someone who might be interested in getting in on Windows 8 Beta? I provided some good feed back on 7, but none of it was noted.. This time I want to get a bit active..

I do believe the Windows 8 Customer Preview (Beta) download will be open to anybody that wants to try it, so just wait and see like the rest of us. I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong.

No correction - it's still a little guess work. But as I understand it from different sources, this is one of the reasons Microsoft have given it a new name. It is not a Beta. It is being put out to "test the water" you mightr say. I think it is all in a name. Undoubtably they will observe any media/internet comments and hopefully react to adverse ones.
But the Beta testing program continues in another stream.
In answer to the thread title an OP. I would imagine the selecting of Beta testers is closed for 8. But try all avenues - goodpostings, blogs. Join Technet and MSDN. Anything to attract attention. You may get lucky and be selected for Windows (9?)

So when's the Windows 9 Forum starting?? Ho Ho!
