    Rewatch that video, and stop it where you see that date. It is the EVALUATION version that will expire on that date, not the beta. The beta has yet to be released, so therefore they couldn't have a date as to when it will expire.
    Customer Evaluation Version is their new slogan for what we know as Beta.

    Yes, it's an evaluation release but I can see Windows 8 Beta at the top.
