    Second Harddrive

When I try to connect a second harddrive then boot Win8, it says it runs into a problem trys to reboot. It actually does not reboot, it just shuts down.

Any idea why is happening ??

    Thanks

There was NO Error Code, but here is what I did .

I have 3 connection points for the second hard drive so I changed the connection for the second harddrive and Win8 booted up just fine and showed the second hard drive. The only issue I saw was that the partitions for the second hard drive are scrambled up. In other words they are NOT in order they should be.

You can change the drive letters in the Microsoft Management Console / Disk Management

    Both hard drives are Sata.

Yes I know I can change drive letters in Disk Management.
First I need to figure out which partition is which. At first I thought it was only the main harddrive that was scrambled, but I see now that both have scrambled partitions when two hard drives are connected.

I know I am new to Win 8 but I find navigating in Win 8 to be a PITA.
