Has anyone else noticed that on the latest Win 7 TV commercial they show the Win 8 Metro screen?

Is it a sign of things to come? Is Microsoft the new BIG BROTHER? I'm scared...

actually lumia does not have metroUI but it's similar to it.

That is called the Windows Phone 7. That is where the Start Screen came from because it's such an easy and simple and beautiful interface, Microsoft couldn't just keep it to the phone!
Honestly though, if you get the chance to upgrade your phone or if it percolates your interest,
