Where can i get an ISO of a beta build of Windows 8?

And how can i put feedback forward about it?

My guess is that it (the Beta Win8) will be available shortly after, or during, the upcoming Vegas CES show in January.

2012 CES: Keynotes

Microsoft has used the CES keynote stage in previous years to unveil innovative new products, including the original Xbox and Avatar Kinect.

Here's a new take on that it may be in late February of 2012.
