I have to say right up front that I'm one of the few who don't have a tablet or smart phone. So, my usage of W8 will be limited to regular desktop work.

Will the rumored new file system be a huge improvement ? So far W8 seems very much like W7, with the Metro UI.

After using Windows 8 for a day, I have to say I am a bit disturbed. My power home built desktop is neither a tablet, nor a smart phone. I don't intend to use it as such. I had hoped that Microsoft would carry on with the sucess they had with Windows 7 which is fantastic in my book. I will reserve most of my judgement, but so far, I am not impressed.
