WIN + Tab doesn't work but ALT + Tab does

Has anyone else observed this?

Win+Tab works fine for me. The difference between it and Alt-Tab being Win+Tab rotates each window whereas Alt+Tab shows me a select through which I can cycle:



Although, I must posit Win+Tab only works with opened Metro Apps on Win8 8102.109, in my experience.
Perhaps you have no Metro Apps open?

I'm well familiar with the optical difference between Win+Tab and Alt+tab.

I'm under Metro right now and Win-Tab is cycling properly.

I doubt they will implement it in the Metro. To retain it I'll bet that the system will flip back to the desktop first, then present the "rolodex" there.
