When I first saw Windows 7 I thought, Oh boy.. it's Linux. I'm looking at Windows 8 and so far I'm thinking It's just like Windows 7. I expected something a little less windows 7ish.

I wanted any new features exclusive to Windows 8 to jump out and grab me. I know this is a really early build but if it were me building it, especially if something was going to be leaked, I'd have made sure the first impression look and feel was alien to the norm - but that's just me. I like aliens, and I like norm, he's a good drinking buddy but I digress.

Does this thing actually have anything new in it I can't get in windows 7?

There are two or three hidden features which can be opened with hacks. I suspect, though, that they are primarily for the use of the MS prigrammers, and some (or all) may not necessarily be in the final product.
