Windows 8 stuck at standard theme

Hello everyone, I am sort of new here and If this has already been discussed, please overlook it. I installed Windows 8 7959 on my Gateway NV59C laptop that is running Windows 7. I dual-booted Windows 8. My problem is that there is no Aero theme listed in the color schemes, only Windows standard. I think the problem is that I installed it on a very small partition (12 Gigs) and that it disabled the Aero effects. Anyone have any tips on how to enable Aero?

If You installed build 7959 ,it's normal that there's no Aero ,it's server build and partition size has nothing with that!
