Graphics Problem with Windows 8 RP x64?

I have a couple of games on my computer, and one of them is GTA San Andreas. Here's a picture of what's going on.

I also have Borderlands 2, and the same problem with the models occurs.

My graphics info:
In Device Manager, Display Adapters, I have ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4200 Series (Engineering Sample - WDDM v1.1).


Where can I start?

Did you get the driver for your particular graphic card?

Yeah. When I update my drivers in Device Manager, it tells me that I'm up to date.

Including DirectX 9.0?

Also, post your screen resolution. The problem might come from that.

It tells me that I have DirectX 11.

Screen resolution is 1366 x 768.

The same problem happens when I play Spore (the problem with the models, missing those polygons and such).

trying install direct x 9. some programs like spore needs it

Downgrade your DirectX version to 9.0 ( 11.0 is for Windows 7 only )
