Can anyone help me with the name of one application on windows 8 that use a camera for exploit some balls like kinect but with a normal camera.

Are you talking about the way the PS3 works by using lighted, colored balls?
I haven't seen any myself but of course I've not seen every application
Kinect is out for windows though so I would expect people to be using that interface for that purpose now rather than writing something on their own using the PS3 method. Dunno...
