Battlefield 3 Immiadetly crashes

Hello there, I'm lookin for help for several days ... I can't even launch Battlefield 3 singleplayer , I just can't start up the game ... I got Win8x64 CP Build 8250 Debug/Checked Build.

nVidia drivers are up to date, also tried older versions.
chipset drivers are installed.
DirectX from the game folder installed and other redists as well.

Tried running it in compatibility mode with W7 and as administrator - has no effect.
I've ran out of ideas and I ask anyone for advice please There are people playing it on W8 and I want to try it too.

Any help would be appriciated.

are you using the windows 8 drivers or up to date win7 drivers? I was having issues launching both SWTOR and NBA 2k12, but by installing the win8 NVidia drivers, I had my problems fixed. the drivers im using are Drivers - GeForce, though if youre using a desktop you will have the find the desktop driver.
