Hi guys, I just downloaded Insurgency and I want to know which would be the best option if I am to turn on V-Sync, since my graphics card outputs 200+ FPS, and I would want to have it synced with my monitor's refresh rate (60 Hz). Also, which among the two decreases load on the computer's hardware, specifically the CPU? Thanks in advance :)

If you turn off V-Sync in some games when you run you will see a small vertical glittering on -usually- middle down of the scree,
So Vsnc enables is a most.

I usually keep first buffering or turned it off.
