Help to run old Dos game in Windows 8.1

I've got a challenge for you all. Help me get V for Victory to run on Windows 8.1. It's an old Dos game from the early 90's. I've hung onto to because I had dreams of installing VMware and running windows 98se, but I just don't have the funds to do so now. My wife would love it we could get Sim Theme Park working as well.

I recommend using DOSBox SVN Daum by Ykhwong. This is a custom DOSBox build which has GUI (drop-down lists) support where you can change many settings on the go, without needing to edit the dosbox.conf configuration file. It's also the only way to play games which used Glide API (you need nGlide glide wrapper installed as well) with hardware acceleration, such as Tomb Raider and Carmageddon. Link:
