Greetings.
I'm using a game "Eurotrucksimulator 2" and it is made with DirectX 9.0c. With same hardware (same PC), I have 15-20% lower performance in this game with Windows 8.1 than I had with Windows 7 . It is a MSI GTX 770 Lightning graphic card, and I'm using same driverversion in both Win7 and win8.1.
In DirectX 11 games (like Farcry 3 and Crysis 3), Windows 8.1 is as good as Windows 7.
Why is Win8.1 slower in dx9.0c?
Can I do anything about it? (reinstall win7 is not my favorit)
