Hi guys, i'm fairly new to this forum and i've been searching on how to fix this freezing problem. It's been happening for awhile now since windows 7 through to windows 8 and i'm not sure why but it usually happens when i play games even with lowest settings, whenever it freezes it makes me have to force shut down manually. :(

System Specs :
Windows 8 Pro With Media Centre
4 GB DDR2 RAM
Intel Core 2 Quad CPU Q8300
ATI Radeon HD 4600

When was the last time you cleaned the CPU heat sink could be a heat problem of not enough cooling.

Have you checked your system's temperatures ? Check your PC / motherboard's site for any utilities to probe for those (other free utilities also exist, just google).

When did you launch hwmonitor ? Were you stressing your PC or maybe while playing a game ?
Hardware monitor ACPI
Temperature 0 69°C (156°F) [0xD5E] (THRM)

Hardware monitor ATI I/O
Temperature 0 89°C (192°F) [0x59] (TMPIN0)

Hardware monitor AMD ADL
Voltage 0 1.15 Volts [0x47E] (VIN0)
Temperature 0 91°C
Those temps are worrying. Anything past 80°C is dangerous for your components. Especially if you weren't doing anything stressful.
Keep in mind hwmonitor could report wrong or incorrect temps, you should try another sensing app, keep it in real time while doing launching various programs and see if the temps are still so high.

I'm not sure but everything seems be be over 80°C, check my two new attatchments. i ran hwmonitor with Dota 2 low settings and while pc was on idle. i wonder if there are any cooling fans for socket 775 LGA.

Is your PC still under guaranty ? I would advise you to bring it to a store or a technician... Maybe one of the fans is dead or one of the components isn't working properly, anyway you should stop using it.
