Zoo Tycoon 2 Ultimate Collection won't install.

Hello all.

Recently dug out my copy of Zoo Tycoon and haven't installed it on my newly running Windows 8 comp.

Tried to install it and after the install wizard started i get these messages?

Any Help would be great full. I'll probably be willing to just buy windows 7 if that will fix the problem but thats a last resort.
