Try updating your graphics card. That's the case on most things

You should read what the log says "Minecraft was unable to start because it failed to find an accelerated OpenGL mode.
This can usually be fixed by updating the video card drivers."

The OpenGL Driver is provided by Video Card Driver which is not the responsibility of Microsoft because Windows uses Direct X.
