Can't click YES on XBOX Live

I'm trying to play a few different games on Windows 8 and some of them come up and ask to connect to SBOX Live to save ur progress ect and it ass for your permission to access your account... Blue over lay over the application... gives you links to the privacy ters etc.. but it won't allow you to click on anything but the back button... anyone know how to get around it and click yes?

you have to give it time to log into your Xbox Live account. sometimes it's fast. sometimes it takes forever. after you're logged in, then try clicking this button. it's a one-time thing so you don't have to worry about it later.

I left it running for around 4 hours and it never logged in correctly and I was still unable to click Yes.

yeah, if you can't even log into your account, there are other issues you have to diagnose first.
