steam crash report patch

ok i have had this problem for quite a while now and it is really pi**ing me off so im hopeing you guys can help me with this problem there is a patch i need but steam cant help me with it even tho i downloaded it from there so what should i do because they will not refund my game and it is really stupid and unfair
