How to host a "visible" Battlefield 1942 server on a 3G?

I've simply tried everything... adding Battlefield 1942 in the Windows Firewall exception list, even turing off the firewall... nothing helps... any ideas?

You mentioned the firewall, but have you set up your router to allow access? At minimum you will probably have to do some port forwarding to your server. Just another place to look...
