I have never had an XBox account and I tried to download a game from the store, and it automatically signed me in to someone else's account... How do I delete this information from my computer? I tried to 'uninstall' and reinstall the game, but no luck.
Advice??

Anything interesting in that other person's account?

Are you sure that is what it is?

Hell of a mess if it is.

I try to play a game, and the only option is the 'login' button, so I clicked it and then it said 'Welcome back TeleostDuke11'...

It sounds like someone else is logged into the box and automatically logs in on boot. Go to control panel, users, create a new admin user. Log out, not restart, log in with the new account and go back and delete the old account. One caveat, if you have created docs, pics, any personal files, move them to your new account before you delete the old one.

Well, I don't get a lot about Windows 8, but I do about Xbox, and what it seems to me that happened, and since you said that you had never had an Xbox LIVE acount, is that, when you were setting up your PC and put the e-mail, since there was no account associated with it, it just automatically created one.
And, aroud two years earlier, when you created an Xbox account, it automatically gave you a name, this was to avoid usernames filled with "xX"'s and those kinds of things, and that's probably your name.
Try going to Xbox.com and either put your e-mail there or TeleostDuke11, and then your password. If it matches then it's just your Xbox account, and from there, you can change the name.

You need to pay 400 Microsoft points to change your Xbox live account name unfortunately :-(

Oh really? Well if that's so , it sucks that you have to. On Xbox, you needed to pay if you wanted to change it for the second time, but it was 800MP. Are you sure you need to pay for the first time? Because I remeber changing my secondary account's Gamer Tag for free (the first time, of course). Maybe you only need to pay because you took a lot of time from creating the account to trying to change it, and some sort of dead-line was crossed.

Anyway, I'm just speculating!

I discovered the same thing. When I first logged into the XBox gaming section I was already logged in using my regular MS account. The XBOX subsystem created a new login for me automatically which is not the same as my MS login.
