I have been using Windows 8 64-bit Build 9200 [DEL](RC)[/DEL] (RTM) on a laptop device for about 3 or 4 weeks and everything has been working great!
I am not sure when it happened, but this morning I noticed that the USB ports were not working...
I changed the hard disk to a Win7 64bit and the USB ports were working perfectly...
Went back to my Win8 and looked at the device manager USB and found all ports had an exclamation, and the following message was on each of them:
So before performing a fresh install, I want to ask this community for an opinion:
1) What can I do ? Is the a restore or "repair" in Win8?
2) Is this something that you may be aware of ?
Cheers
Jorgen

Windows cannot verify the digital signature for the drivers required for this device. A recent hardware or software change might have installed a file that is signed incorrectly or damaged, or that might be malicious software from an unknown source. (Code 52)
I am not sure what happened! -- I know the USB ports were working as I used them to restore data and apps. I also performed a system restore point, but that did not seem to work
So before performing a fresh install, I want to ask this community for an opinion:
