WAN Miniport devices problem in windows 8

Hello
after I upgraded my windows 7 to windows 8 pro I had this problem . There are four devices that have a yellow exclamation mark showing in the Device manager.they are WAN Miniport (IKEv2 / L2TP/PPTP/SSTP)
All of them show this error: This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. (Code 31)
I don not know what these devices do or how to fix it .. I
have also problem in Merto apps they cannot connect to the internet even though I can browse and download .. I do not know if those WAN Miniport devices cause this problem

I have the same problem. I don't know where they came from.

Any idea what's going on?

me to, just now checking my device hardware, there is information about wan miniport, i don't know why they appear there

because after finish installing windows 8.1 i never seen this device

just wondering why they appear now in my windows 8.1?
