To add Printer remotely in Windows 8, the solution is:
1. Control Panel > Admin Tools > Printer Management
2. Right Click "Print Server" or "Print Management" and select Add\Remove Server
3. Add the PC name that you want to add printer for and click "Add to List" button
a. You can add multiple machines all at one time and can manage as required for printers
b. Click Ok and the PC is added to the list4. Right click the PC name from the list and select Add printer
5. rest is same as before.

P.S. I would create a shortcut on desktop and/or pin it to start and/or pin to taskbar, for next time!
