Hi, im extremely new to computer boot up menus and i have no idea on how to install the drivers. I inserted the disc and get the MSI Grenade Command Center screen but i dont know where to go to exactly install the actual MSI Drivers and Utilities Disc.

I inserted my windows 8 disc and attempted to install the drivers however not a single driver shows up in the entire list which means i am unable to install windows 8 onto my computer. I tried putting my USB in but that did not allow me to isntall windows 8 onto that either. At the moment im trying to download Windows 7 onto my USB to put onto my No Operating system Computer.
Thanks for reading!

Is this a new computer? Is the hard drive recognized in the BIOS? You will not be able to install any drivers until you have install an OS.

Heres what the seller told me to do:
Hello,

Sorry to hear you are having problems. However there is an easy fix to it.
If you can do the following for me;
Click Del on Startup to enter the bios.
Click Settings
Click Advances Settings
Click Integrated Peripherals.
Change SATA Mode for ACHI to IDE.
Click X in top right hand corner
Save settings and restart
Click on boot windows normally.

Did that, still no luck. Dunno how he expects me to boot windows normally without me being able to INSTALL it.
Im pretty sure they forgot to connect the hard drive to the pc, which it was supposed to be a 1tb one.

Drivers allow the operating system to communicate with the hardware. So again, you cannot install drivers until AFTER you install Windows.

When it says the operating system is missing or corrupt, that is true because your system is not finding a drive to boot too.

Understand that Windows knows how to communicate with many of your devices through basic drivers. This is what allows you to install Windows. Then AFTER Windows is installed, if needed, you can insert that MSI disk to install the specific drivers.

That said, once Windows is installed, it typically is able to recognize most, if not all of your hardware, then install the specific drivers to enable any advanced features of that hardware.

What I am saying is I never use the motherboard drivers disk because they are not needed. Windows is able install without it, then go out to the hardware maker's websites and install the latest drivers. This is important because typically, the driver disk is already outdated.

So does your computer have a hard drive (or SSD) installed?
