If it is just the keyboard thst is bad, depending on how difficult it is to pull the bad one and put in a new one, depends on how comfortable you are in doing so.

Keyboards run about $19-30, depending on the laptop. It does not take much for them to break these days.

If you are not comfortable in replacing, find a local mom & pop computer store that will do the repair.

I cannot solve your issue, because I have not way to physically sit at your place and troubleshoot.

Also this involves you actually taking ownership of the issue and walk through all steps possible.

Last is that I will not continue on this matter, because you have ordered me to fix your problem. I also have been at the local ER all day yesterday, dealing with a very painful Shoulder problem to I have had long term problems with.

If the issue is only with the laptop. You need to check the manufacturer's forum to see if anyone else has been having the problem. Also you may want to send a email detailing the problem to the mfg tech support.

Once again, you are now on your own, because of you ordering me to fix the issue.
