Surface 3, Windows 8.1 recovery media

Hello EightForums! I have recently been trying to roll back my Windows version to 8.1 on my Surface 3 (not pro) that had Windows 10 preinstalled. The issue is, if I input the serial number of my Surface into the Microsoft website, it will only give me Windows 10 recovery images. I contacted Microsoft using the live chat feature on their website, and a technician told me that I would need to use a recovery image from someone else who has a Surface 3 preinstalled with Windows 8.1. I have searched the web trying to find the Surface 3 recovery image for 8.1, but so far I have only found it for Surface Pro 3.

If anyone has a Surface 3 that had Windows 8.1 preinstalled on it, could I please have a recovery media? I would really appreciate it. Thank you.
