How Do I Disable Delete Confirmation on Removable Drives?

I'm using a Lenovo PC (Windows 8.1) with a 64GB eMMC. I use Micro SD and USB 3.0 for the vast majority of my storage. Whenever I want to delete a file on these drives the usual delete confirmation dialog appears. I seem to recall that on Windows 98 and XP this was not the case. Is there a way around this in Windows 8.1, perhaps by mounting the drives? I delete dozens of files a day and this confirmation dialog is an annoyance to say the least.

TIA.

The whole purpose of a confirmation is to make sure that you are not deleting the wrong file. Nothing has changed on Trash for this feature. It will always be the same way since Windows 95.
