I'm in a little jam. when I bought my system it came pre-installed with Windows 8.1. Since then I've upgraded to Windows 10 because I though, "Hey it's free!" lol I've really been enjoying 10 but I had a program or two that wasn't exactly running perfectly on 10 so I decided to Dual boot Windows 10 and Windows 8.1.

Took me a few days to figure out how to get it installed and everything but I finally did it. I can now choose at boot which OS I want to boot to. I have on the Windows 8.1 side all the drivers and everything updated as possible. Except in my Device Manager there is SM Bus Controller with an explanation mark. I've right clicked and hit update driver. I've downloaded HP Support Assistant to see if it would download the driver but nope. It's still sitting there with an explanation point.

I don't know what to do and from what I researched on my own this is the chipset on the motherboard that controls temp and all that or something. So I don't want to be on the Windows 8.1 side if it's going to eventually damage my computer because I don't have a driver installed.

If anyone can please help or give suggestions I'd be greatly appreciated and if you need more specs on my system let me know what you need.

It's the HP Envy 810-330qe CTO
I have 1 SSD and 1 HDD. Windows 10 on the main drive which it the SSD and Windows 8.1 on the secondary drive which is the HDD.
